You may return non-perishable products at the time of pick-up or delivery of your order within 7 business. All product return on delivery shall be processed for refund upon the return of the delivery person to the participating store within 24 hours. You Must ensure that your return items are  unaltered with and all original packaging stays the same. Do not open or remove seal where applicable.

Due to health and hygiene concerns we do not return perishable items like frozen foods. Please make sure you control your order with the delivery person right before he depart from your address. If there are items that do not correspond to what you ordered, you should hand them back to the delivery person.

To return or exchange any items, please email us at info@bloomafroshop.ca, clearly mentioning your order number and a Bloom Team Member will guide you on the process

Exchanges or returns by mail or other means of delivery shall not be accepted.
